Quantum 9 Engagement Process

1. Talent Acquisition

Quantum 9 evaluates your talent to ensure the individual has the background and knowledge to meet your revenue goals.

2. Site Planning

If you have a site planned or not, there are additional site planning that needs to be reviewed to ensure your space will work i.e. zoning

3. Production Planning (Cultivation)

Once the preferred method is determined together with your Master Gardener, we can enumerate what that approach requires for start-up, quarterly consumables, staffing, and genetics.

4. Facility Planning

We can determine the facility assets needed and how best to source those. Quantum 9 employs some of the industries best AutoCAD designers that can provide detailed drawings and 3D renderings.

5. Security Plan

Internal and external security needs are considered as well as your facility location to plan pragmatically.

6. Technology Plan

We can ensure a data-driven, continuous improvement process with reverse traceability through our standard software. We have extensive custom application and web development experience to support you.

7. Detailed Budget

While each step of the plan is focused on cost containment, a detailed budget isn’t practical until we make decisions on method, facility assets, security and technology which drive those numbers.

8. Facility Build Out

With a proper plan and understanding of asset and utility needs, we can get blue prints, and the right general contractor for build out.

9. Application Submission

The obvious constraint to beginning operations is obtaining the license. The Quantum 9 staff will document every aspect of your cultivation / dispensary operations including GMPs, SOPs and all documentation that will give the state visibility into your operations and how they will be run.

10. Staff Training

Quantum 9 consultants can support your staff with work aids and periodic checklists for quality practices. Training on technology is also important as familiarity affects performance.

11. Operations Commencement

With the facility prepared and the staff trained, you will be ready to shift from spending money to making money.

12. Continuous Improvement

Quality and yield can always be improved, and we strive to tweak operations in a manner that is easily digested. Unforeseen pests or pathogen problems will arise, but we will be available to lend our expertise to address issues accordingly.

We should be able to commence operations within six months.  Whether we can meet or beat that timeline is affected by forces outside of our control.  In larger cities, the ability to obtain permits and municipal building approvals can be onerous.
