Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Effective November 6, 2026

These terms apply to purchases made in the Quantum 9, Inc. online store, including SOP templates, SOP customization services, Q9 Operator Advisory, and marketplace listings and job postings. By placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility

Our products and services are offered only to medical cannabis and lawful hemp businesses and professionals. We may decline or cancel any order that falls outside that scope, and will refund any payment received for a cancelled order.

Ordering and payment

  • Orders are paid by invoice via ACH or wire. We email your invoice within one business day.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days. Orders unpaid after 14 days may be cancelled.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any bank or wire fees.

Digital templates (SOP library and packs)

  • Delivery: download links are released by email and under My Account once payment clears. Links allow up to 10 downloads within 60 days.
  • License: each purchase grants one licensee entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the templates internally at its own licensed facilities. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or publish the templates or any derivative template product. Quantum 9 retains all intellectual property rights.
  • Refunds: because digital files cannot be returned, template sales are final once download links are released. If a file is corrupted or will not open, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it.

SOP customization services

  • Work begins after payment clears and we receive your completed intake form. Timelines are estimates and depend on timely responses from your team.
  • You may cancel for a full refund before the kickoff call. After kickoff, fees are non-refundable, but we will deliver all work completed to date.

Marketplace listings and job postings

  • Listings run for the period stated on the product page, starting on the date of publication.
  • We review every listing. If we decline a listing as ineligible before it is published, we will refund it in full. Published listings are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing. Quantum 9 is not a broker and does not verify listings or participate in transactions between buyers and sellers.

Q9 Operator Advisory

  • Acceptance: advisory is offered by application and is limited in capacity. Quantum 9 may decline any application.
  • Billing: plans are billed monthly in advance by invoice, payable by ACH or wire before the service month begins. The Founding Three plan requires an initial three-month commitment, then continues month to month.
  • Pause or cancel: give written notice at least 15 days before your next billing date. Fees already paid for a service month are non-refundable. Returning clients rejoin at the then-current rate, subject to availability.
  • Included time: each plan includes the scheduled calls and offline hours described on the plan page. Unused time does not roll over or carry a credit.
  • Additional hours: billed at $250 per hour, only after your written pre-approval, and invoiced with the following month.
  • Travel: on-site visits are billed at actual cost and pre-approved.
  • Confidentiality: Quantum 9 will sign a mutual NDA before the first session.
  • Scope: advisory is strategic and operational business consulting for medical cannabis and lawful hemp businesses. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and Quantum 9 does not act as a broker, fiduciary or officer of the client.

Not legal advice

Quantum 9 is a consulting firm, not a law firm. Templates and services are provided for general operational use and do not constitute legal, tax, or medical advice. Laws change frequently, and you are responsible for confirming current state and federal requirements and obtaining any regulatory approvals before adopting a procedure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quantum 9’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and Quantum 9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
