Who is this for?

Can I really turn it on and off?
Yes. Plans are month to month and billed in advance. Give 15 days’ notice before your next billing date to pause or cancel. When you return, you rejoin at the current rate, subject to availability.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Your weekly call and up to two offline hours reset each week. Anything beyond that is billed at $250 per hour, and only after you approve it in writing.
Do you work with adult-use operators?
Quantum 9’s practice is focused exclusively on medical cannabis and lawful hemp.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. Advisory is strategic and operational business counsel. We work alongside your attorneys and CPA and will tell you when a question belongs with them.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before your first session.
