Cultivation Director – Delaware Cannabis Facilities
Location: Three openings in Delaware (New Castle, Kent, Sussex Counties)

We are hiring three Cultivation Directors, each to oversee operations at one of the client’s facilities located in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in cannabis cultivation, proven leadership skills, and a passion for excellence in cannabis production.
Position Summary for Cannabis Cultivation Jobs in Delaware:
As a Cultivation Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all cultivation activities at one of the three state-of-the-art facilities in Delaware. This position requires a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in cannabis cultivation, regulatory compliance, and team management. Each Director will work closely with Quantum 9 and the client to ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Cannabis Cultivation Operations: Lead cultivation activities at your assigned Delaware facility, ensuring optimal plant health, yield, and quality.
- Standardize Cultivation Protocols: Implement and refine cultivation practices to maximize efficiency and adhere to Delaware state regulations.
- Team Leadership and Development: Oversee and mentor cultivation staff, including managers, technicians, and support teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Partner with quality and compliance teams to ensure all operations align with regulatory requirements.
- Data-Driven Operations Management: Track facility KPIs, monitor environmental factors, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize yield and reduce costs.
- Resource Allocation and Inventory Control: Oversee inventory, supply chain management, and resources to maintain streamlined operations.
Qualifications for Cultivation Director Job In Delaware:
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cannabis cultivation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of cultivation best practices, including pest management, nutrient optimization, and environmental control.
- Strong understanding of Delaware cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
